Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavored with ginger. Ginger ales come in two varieties: golden ginger ale and dry ginger ale. Golden ginger ale is dark colored, generally sweet to taste, with a strong ginger spice flavor. It is the older style and there is little or no difference between this and non-alcholic versions of ginger beer. Many believe golden ginger ale is a form of ginger beer brought into North America by migrants from Eastern Europe, where it had been known for centuries. Golden ginger ale, like ginger beer, is mainly consumed as a soda type drink in it's own right. Dry ginger ale (paler, sweeter with much less of the ginger "kick") was developed more as a mixer for alcholic beverages. Golden ginger ale was the more popular in the United States during the Prohibition era but dry ginger ale quickly surpassed the golden version popularity when prohibition ended.
It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.

The filling part adopts advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate. Make sure the liquid level is accurate and free of liquid damage.
The capping part adopts the magnetic torque type capping head, and the capping head made of copper material can realize the function of grasping and screwing the cap quickly and accurately.
